Return Policy: Switzerland and Non-EU Countries
At 2bTrendy, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, managing returns from countries outside the European Union (such as Switzerland or other non-EU nations) involves specific customs procedures that are important to be aware of.
1. Request Timeline
In accordance with international regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Since these are limited-edition pieces, we kindly ask you to notify us of your intention within the first 7 days to help us coordinate the return with our brand partners.
2. Product Conditions
The return will only be accepted if the garment is:
Perfectly intact, unworn, and unwashed.
Complete with all original tags and seals.
Placed in its original packaging, which must be protected by an external shipping box.
3. Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
For returns originating from Switzerland and non-EU countries, please note that:
Shipping Costs: The shipping expenses for returning the product are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Return Customs Duties and Fees: Any customs duties or import taxes applied by authorities for the re-entry of goods into the EU (or the brand's country of origin) will be deducted from the final refund.
Documentation: The customer is responsible for correctly completing the necessary customs documents (Proforma Invoice) required for the return, declaring the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid double taxation where possible.
4. International Return Procedure
Send an email to 2btrendy@redswiss.org with the subject line "Non-EU Return – Order #XXXXX".
You will receive specific instructions and the address of the brand partner's warehouse.
Arrange the shipment with a trackable courier. It is essential to provide the tracking number to 2bTrendy to monitor the arrival and customs clearance.
5. Refunds
The refund will be processed after the product has been received and inspected by the brand partner.
The refunded amount will equal the product price, minus any return customs duties or fees incurred by 2bTrendy or the brand. The credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of successful verification of the return.
6. Size Exchanges
Given the complexity of customs procedures and the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer direct size exchanges for non-EU countries. We recommend proceeding with a return and, if the desired size is still available, placing a new order.
